Effective Date: 01-05-2023

You may return goods for a full refund if they are faulty or damaged within seven Days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously.
You may contact us within those seven days via email teampurjay@gmail.com or call us on +91 9876311465 and we will provide instructions on returning the goods and offer any assistance we can to you.

Within those seven days after receipt of the goods you can have a change of mind and decide you do not wish to keep the goods or it turned out someone else bought the same item for you. (It can happen!)
We will provide a full refund for the goods and any other related charges except when the item is part of a number of items within an order than the delivery charge will stand.

This fourteen day period is known as “The Cooling Off Period”.
It is specific for eCommerce purchases only.

 Limitation of Liability:

“In no event shall Purjay, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services provided by Purjay.”

The responsibility for the selection, use, and performance of the products lies solely with the customer. Purjay’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.”

By using these links, you acknowledge and agree that Purjay shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of accessing or using such third-party websites or services.”

Force Majeure: “Purjay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.”

  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the website, including spamming, overloading, or engaging in any activity that may impair the performance of Purjay’s infrastructure.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting one’s identity or affiliation with a third party.

Faulty Items:

If for some reason the item you have purchased is faulty, (thankfully this is very rare) you may return the item to us along with a valid receipt for the cost of delivery to us. We will check the product when it arrives to verify the fault. On doing so we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you and your costs to send the product back to us.

Cancellation:

If for some reason you want to cancel the order for the item you have purchased, you have to cancel before order dispatched to get complete Refund. No refund policy for late cancellation.
