Effective Date: 01-05-2023

You may return goods for a full refund if they are faulty or damaged within seven Days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously.
You may contact us within those seven days via email teampurjay@gmail.com or call us on +91 9876311465 and we will provide instructions on returning the goods and offer any assistance we can to you.

Within those seven days after receipt of the goods you can have a change of mind and decide you do not wish to keep the goods or it turned out someone else bought the same item for you. (It can happen!)
We will provide a full refund for the goods and any other related charges except when the item is part of a number of items within an order than the delivery charge will stand.

This fourteen day period is known as “The Cooling Off Period”.
It is specific for eCommerce purchases only.

 Limitation of Liability:

“In no event shall Purjay, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services provided by Purjay.”

1. Product Liability Limitation: “Purjay shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold on the website. The responsibility for the selection, use, and performance of the products lies solely with the customer. Purjay’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.”

2. Third-Party Services and Links: “Purjay may provide links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for any content, products, or services offered by these third parties. By using these links, you acknowledge and agree that Purjay shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of accessing or using such third-party websites or services.”

3. Force Majeure: “Purjay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.”

Rules of Conduct:

1. Compliance with Laws: Users must agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using Purjay. This includes but is not limited to local, national, and international laws related to e-commerce, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, and data protection.

2. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized access or use of others’ accounts or personal information, spreading malware or viruses, conducting phishing or spamming activities, or engaging in any form of illegal or unethical behavior.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: Users must respect intellectual property rights. This means not using any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary information without proper authorization or licensing. Users should also refrain from engaging in any form of piracy, counterfeiting, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.

4. User-generated Content: Users who contribute or post content on Purjay, such as reviews, comments, or product descriptions, must ensure that the content is accurate, lawful, and respectful. It should not violate any third-party rights, contain offensive or defamatory language, or infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

5. Privacy and Data Protection: Purjay must adhere to strict privacy and data protection practices. Users’ personal information should be collected, stored, and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Users should also be provided with transparent information about how their data is collected, used, and protected.

6. Security: Users should take appropriate measures to ensure the security of their accounts and personal information. This includes using strong passwords, regularly updating security settings, and promptly reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activities to Purjay.

7. Prohibited Products and Services: Purjay may establish guidelines regarding the types of products or services that are not permitted to be listed or sold on the platform. Users must adhere to these guidelines and refrain from offering prohibited items, such as illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any other products or services that are prohibited by law.

8. Dispute Resolution: Users should agree to resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise in a fair and respectful manner. Purjay may provide mechanisms for dispute resolution, such as customer support or mediation, to help address user concerns and ensure satisfactory outcomes.

9. Termination of Accounts: Purjay reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate the rules of conduct or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users. Users should be aware of the consequences of non-compliance and the potential loss of access to Purjay’s services.

User Restrictions:

1. Geographic Restrictions: Purjay may impose certain geographic restrictions on the availability of products or services based on legal or logistical considerations. Users should adhere to these restrictions and refrain from accessing or attempting to purchase restricted items from unauthorized locations.

2. Account Sharing: Users should not share their Purjay account credentials or allow unauthorized access to their account. Each user should have their own individual account, and they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login information.

3. Prohibited User Conduct: Users are restricted from engaging in any activities that may harm or disrupt the functionality of Purjay or the experience of other users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Engaging in any form of unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering with Purjay’s systems or other users’ accounts.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the website, including spamming, overloading, or engaging in any activity that may impair the performance of Purjay’s infrastructure.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting one’s identity or affiliation with a third party.

5. Multiple Accounts: Users should refrain from creating or using multiple accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes. Each user should have only one active account, unless explicitly permitted by Purjay.

6. Unauthorized Reselling: Users are prohibited from reselling or redistributing products purchased on Purjay without proper authorization. Reselling activities may be subject to additional terms and conditions or restrictions imposed by Purjay.

7. Compliance with Product Regulations: Users should ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to the sale, distribution, and use of specific products or services. This includes compliance with product safety, labeling, and certification requirements.

8. Prohibited Products and Services: Purjay may establish guidelines regarding the types of products or services that are not permitted to be listed or sold on the platform. Users should adhere to these guidelines and refrain from offering prohibited items, such as illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any other products or services that are prohibited by law.

9. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Users should be made aware of the consequences of violating these user restrictions, which may include suspension or termination of their account, removal of listings, and other appropriate actions as deemed necessary by Purjay.

Faulty Items:

If for some reason the item you have purchased is faulty, (thankfully this is very rare) you may return the item to us along with a valid receipt for the cost of delivery to us. We will check the product when it arrives to verify the fault. On doing so we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you and your costs to send the product back to us.

Cancellation:

If for some reason you want to cancel the order for the item you have purchased, you have to cancel before order dispatched to get complete Refund. No refund policy for late cancellation.
